Zak Stein is an expert in psychology and philosophy, and previously a Co-Founder at Lectica Inc. His expertise is in how people learn. He sat down with Vance Crowe to discuss the difference between propaganda and education. During this conversation Zak and Vance talk about how the CIA has a history of focusing its propaganda wars on the US population and how the US government attempted to use psychological warfare during World War II and the Cold War.
